It’s almost 12:00 midnight here and I’m eating a BIG bowl of cereal! Thanks for helping me realize that I should NOT be eating this especially right now! LOL

AH….cereal is my food death of choice too…you’re good at this game :)
We just bought our first house and I’m 11 weeks pregnant. I have been staying up way too late and doing way too much! haha Last night I finally had a chance to go to bed early and instead I munched on a bowl (actually plastic cup, because we haven’t moved our kitchen yet) of Lucky Charms, AFTER overstuffing myself at dinner! lol

Ugh, I do that too. I’ve recently started drinking some decaf tea at night which gives me something to do (often I eat out of boredom) and relaxes me for bed. Maybe that will help… and then you don’t have to go to bed earlier than you want!
Tea or wine – that’s what I TRY to reach for when I stay up late – 1 glass of wine usually gets me sleepy. The tea is just to stop me from eating.
Thank you, I needed that. It’s 1am and I’m sitting here thinking… hum, I’m hungry maybe I should go have some more dinner. I do that alot, eat dinner a second time late at night. Before I got up I thought let me check Roni first and I’m glad I did. Your right, it’s late, don’t eat, GO TO BED. Thank you and good night.
I just read this and realize I need to go to bed as I am stuffed from the extra few hundred calories I ate AFTER I was already full from dessert. It’s boredom and anxiety and sleepiness being disguised as hunger!
