As you may know I had a baby girl 12 weeks ago and I can't believe how much she has changed in such a little bit of time. My sons are 10,8 and 6 and love to run with me and kickbox...they take taekwando and we even spar with each other playfully...its a lot of fun. 4 is a great age, enjoy it!
