Take a break. Enjoy your weekend with the family. Have fun at the Spa with Mom. The gym will be there when you get back. Your food journal can start right back up again monday morning. Two days off will not cause 65lbs to find it’s way back to your body.
Now give Mom back her computer and get some much needed rest!
