One Mom’s Journey from Fat to Skinny to Confident

Note to self…

You are NOT hungry. You are tired and stressed. You had a very busy, fun filled, productive day with the toddler and tomorrow you have a job interview.

RELAX

Get your PJs on, brush your teeth, finish up some chores and go to bed. Everything will still be there in the morning. The sky will not fall if you don’t post to the blog (yes I realize the irony here,) and your inbox will still be full tomorrow. You’ll feel better if you wrap up a few things around the house, prepare and get a good nights sleep.

Now… Shut the laptop.. go ahead you can do it….

I’d love to hear your story or thoughts on mine.

However, to prevent the massive amounts of spam I was receiving I have turned off comments on any post older than 5 days old. If you'd like to leave me a note regarding this post or anything really try me on twitter (@RoniNoone,) my Facebook page, or even IG (@RoniNoone) I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I never thought I'd have to do this but it's gotten way out of hand and comment management has become simply too time consuming to manage.

Thank you Roni, I was about to go eat more licorice because I already ate too many of them, not to mention the french bread which I should not of touched because I can’t quit. I thought I need to see what Roni’s up to, and now I too am closing my kitchen, and only drinking my crystal light.
I’m in such a frustrating time, I had a Tummy tuck 2 1/2 weeks ago and I’m one pound from goal weight. I want to exercise so badly that It is driving me complete nuts. I usually exercise between 3-5 in the afternoon when I want to eat the entire kitchen, but now I can’t. Not to mention being extra hungry from trying to heal, and not knowing if it’s mental hungar or real hungar? Anyways I needed to vent and I will soon be healed, feeling like a million bucks, and running my 10 minute miles again without the horrible belly bulge:).
    Have a great night!

You are going to do just fine. Usually when you make it this far in the interview, it is about “fit” and like you said in a earlier posting, you already feel like the fit is there. Just be yourself. Don’t forget to make something good into a weakness—you don’t know when to quit, strive for perfection, constantly wanting to grow things, etc…

good luck on the interview :D

I recently discovered that sipping hot tea can really leave me feeling “zen” in the evening when I think I”m hungry but am not.

I seriously have to make myself go to bed to stop eating sometimes.
