I totally hear you on the hunger after a white carbs meal. If I have a bagel for breakfast, I completely crash two hours later and feel completely terrible. It's so ironic; it feels more filling at the time, but really it just spikes your blood sugar and sends you on a downward spiral. Happy anniversary!
