    Roni, This is a little overdue but you what they say…better late than never.

    I want to tell you that I like the place markers (not sure if that’s what they are called…you know like a book mark but for a video) that you put below your video. Unfortunately there are days I’m short on time and can only watch selected portions of your videos so the markers help. There are other days where I might want to watch/hear the same question more than once.

    Roni – Great video tonight! Love your idea on organizing the Fridge – I have been putting all of “Mommy’s” special foods in the drawere – you have inspired me to put The Hubs stuff in there :) Happy Friday

    Great video! I completely agree with you net calorie description…if I’m workout out strenuously, I will need to eat those calories burned in addition the the amount I should be eating for weight loss. Often, if I don’t, I am STARVING by the end of the day!

    Thanks for another great video. Aside from thanking you for the good advice, I just wanted to tell you that you looked so pretty in your video! I’m not sure if it was the color of your green shirt or your hair/makeup, but you looked great! :) And your eyes looked REALLY blue!

    Great video!! After seeing the video, soy crisps were added to my shopping list. I found some at Fresh and Easy, and they are amazing. I got the BBQ flavor one too!! So good!!
