I have to agree with Mary on #23. Who needs fabric softener or dryer sheets when you have vinegar, baking soda and borax!? Honestly, if people realized how silly dryer sheets and fabric softener really are - and the industry collapsed - that would be a crazy awesome green movement! :P

Great list, and so many that I haven't thought of!

I love seeing the whole list! I also think telling you about what I planned on doing made me actually do it! My son and I bought clothes pins and hung up our laundry. It was really so easy. I can't wait for some more sunny days. I get to be outside and the kids help or play next to me. win -win in my book.

OH! total side note, I bought and made quinoa! We all loved it! Thanks for the inspiration.

This list is fabulous, and it contains so many more ideas than those generic lists usually have. I am defintely going to try a lot of these.

I love the idea of taking your own container for LOs! I always have them, so I might as well be prepared, and it saves me from switching containers to take them to work in too!

Find an alternative to disposable feminine hygiene products:

Use a menstrual cup instead of disposable sanitary products. Better for the environment and our bodies! I love my Mooncup!
Or make your own reusable sanitary towels (recycling fabric) - check out this link
http://www.wen.org.uk/sanpro/reports/makeyourown_web.pdf

These suggestions will save $, prevent tons of waste being landfilled/flushed, and very likely better for your body too.

Re: #23 - Method makes dryer sheets that are more eco-friendly. I haven't tried them yet, but I haven't been disappointed with any of their other products. http://www.methodhome.com/product.aspx?page=604
