Ohhhh The Good better best was one quote my great grandma ALWAYS used to say to us. I hadn’t thought about it in a long time. I can hear her voice saying it right now. That is totally how she lived too. (not necessarily in the “diet” arena. But even her laundry was hung out to dry PERFECTLY. She was 90 years old weeding her garden. That is how I want to live. Strong!!!
