		<description>Yee! Haw! I weighed 4 pounds lighter at my Weight Watchers meeting on Thursday! Two pounds a week is my goal and I stuck to it! My philosophy is, &quot;I put it on, I can take it off!&quot; I just have 6 pounds to go to get back to my Lifetime WW goal! THANKS, RONI....I&#039;m using your Microsoft Excel Weight Loss chart for a visual reminder....I love the fact that you put BMI on the chart, too! It&#039;s hard to believe that one pound lost is 3,500 calories! I ate sensibly and still lost 14,000 calories in two weeks! Can you tell that I&#039;m thrilled!</description>

Roni--I LOVE the &quot;10 Best Foods for your Heart&quot; article.  I just bought some avacados due to your Taco&#039;ish soup recipe and you talking about them lately.  I&#039;ve always loved avacados...it&#039;s just that they&#039;re not something I&#039;m used to eating.  So I&#039;m going to start getting used to eating them.  I do need to eat more salmon, and the flax seeds...it says to grind them.  Does your Magic Bullet grind them OK?  The rest of those 10 foods, I already eat regularly.  So that makes me feel good.  Don&#039;t you just love the feeling of &quot;healthy living&quot;?</description>
