One Mom’s Journey from Fat to Skinny to Confident

Note to self…

YES you are stressed. YES selling a house is insane. YES money is tight. You will get through this. You always do. Deal with things as they come. Keep a level head.

Know that the husband is on the same side and feeling the same stress. Remember that the toddler is an innocent bystander. And for God’s SAKE remind yourself that food does not make it better. Those cupcakes didn’t even taste that good! — And the Swedish fish… come on now.

Now go to bed! You stayed up way to late writing a post on the new blog.

I’d love to hear your story or thoughts on mine.

However, to prevent the massive amounts of spam I was receiving I have turned off comments on any post older than 5 days old. If you'd like to leave me a note regarding this post or anything really try me on twitter (@RoniNoone,) my Facebook page, or even IG (@RoniNoone) I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I never thought I'd have to do this but it's gotten way out of hand and comment management has become simply too time consuming to manage.

Oh goodness gracious Roni :) You are completely right. House selling is crazy times, stress sucks BIG time, and money in and of itself causes ulcers and headaches. BUT, you are strong, you are amazing, and you can totally get out of these stressful weeks alive and kicking!

Keep on pushing uphill and eventually you get to run down the other side :)

    Good luck!

Roni I feel your pain! My husband and I are actually LOOKING to buy a house which comes with it’s own set of stesses including money being tight, moodiness and taking out aggressions on things that don’t deserve it (our toddler and yup, food) Hey, we’re currently in White Marsh, maybe I’ll buy your house since it’s not too far! :O)

    Hang in there girl!

Gotta love stress! Sometimes the mind just goes into overload and it is so hard to keep your headspace clear for the great things in our lives. You will get thru this time. Throw on the ipod and dance that stress away!!!!

Hon, stress is not an easy thing, but you WILL make it through this. Go for a run, go be creative, get your mind off of the stress!!! Learn a new language, take up crochet or knitting, grab a book…you will be fine! Take a bath…find a way to get rid of the excess unwanted energy before you do something you’ll regret…and step away from the cupcakes!!!

You’ve really got to stop staying up late when you’re stressed (I know, easier said than done). It’s all going to fall into place soon enough.

Don’t you hate it when the extra calories weren’t even worth it? That’s why I never buy cakes from the grocery bakery, because I always tell myself it won’t taste as good as it looks.
