No one asked but I thought this might be a common question. :)

Have you every left a comment on another blog and wonder why everyone else has a pretty little picture and you don’t? I did! Until I figured out all I needed was a Globally Recognized Avatar!

Simply click here to get your own gravatar account. All you need is an email address and an image to upload. When you use the email address to leave a comment on a blog the image will appear! That is IF the blog is designed to display them.

Don’t believe me? Give it a try. Go sign up and then leave a comment below to test it out! :)

I’d love to hear your story or thoughts on mine.

However, to prevent the massive amounts of spam I was receiving I have turned off comments on any post older than 5 days old. If you'd like to leave me a note regarding this post or anything really try me on twitter (@RoniNoone,) my Facebook page, or even IG (@RoniNoone) I'm so sorry for the inconvenience. I never thought I'd have to do this but it's gotten way out of hand and comment management has become simply too time consuming to manage.

Cool. I think I’ll add support for this on BTTF. Couldn’t be easier! (Of course my spidey sense is tingling: what’s the catch? Who wants to host six billion avatars for free?)

Why Automattic of course! They also make WP. :)

So, this works even on non-wordpress sites? If so, that’s awesome!

Hallie – It CAN work on non-wordpress sites if they are set up to read them. I think it’s awesome too!! :)

Hey Roni, that’s pretty cool! Also, I think your code might be broken, on your main page I see the heading of this post but the rest is way down below your ads. I’m looking at it in IE, if that helps.
