		<description>Hey Roni! I just started my training for my first 10K in May!! I am really excited and the best part of it, is that my husband is training for it too! 
I&#039;ve been on my weight loss/healthy living journey for about a year now, and if someone told me that I would be training for a 10k I would&#039;ve laughed at them!
My question to you is...I&#039;ve heard that I will lose more weight when I start training for my 10K. (I&#039;m 17 pounds from my goal weight)
Have you noticed an increase in your weight loss during your training? 
A little background: I&#039;ve been working out with a personal trainer 3xs a week for 8 months now, and just started training for my run. So I&#039;m not &quot;new&quot; to hard workouts or excersing.

I jointed ww on line a week ago and was struggling with hunger.  That dish felt like a real meal!   Your pictures and success are inspirational and your blog is just great.    I can&#039;t say much about the marathon running at the moment, it&#039;s so cold here and it&#039;s a challenge to take my puppy for her walk.    But who knows, some day.
