Did those chips REALLY make you feel any better? Seriously. Why aren’t you in bed right now? It’s 12:30 you aren’t getting anything accomplished and you are chowing down on CHIPS!

    haha, wise words. i did the same-ish thing, but then i decided to take out my unsureness-of-hunger on 2.5 grapefruits. which was ridiculous, but i didn’t gain weight eating just grapefruits, so hey.

    i also once ate half a block of lowfat cheese because i was convinced it would fix my headache. i still don’t understand where i was coming from on that one.

    We have taco night too–very filling at the time, but I am always hungry a couple of hours later… maybe your body was hungry again? It is so stressful to look for housing too–so many choices, lots of money, and a huge move! Moving made me want to stress-eat! Hang in there…

    I love this self talk! I have these moments all too often, staying up later than I should only to eat away the evening.

    Oh, I know that feeling! Certain foods call my name if I’m staying up too late! Plus, I’m usually watching FOOD Network, which makes me want to eat even more!

    I just pigged out on chips and then came to check your blog….how funny…and no, the chips did not make me feel better, I actually feel awful!
