		<description>I have two changes, one food-related one not.  I am going back to calorie-counting for the week to make sure I get in all of my maintenance calories.  I feel like I haven&#039;t been eating enough, which is causing me to CRAVE everything.

I also need to tidy up my room and get my life organized.</description>

		<description>The one thing that I need to stop doing is negetive self talk. I have lost 32 pounds so far, and then look at my flab and think of how bad I look still. It&#039;s something that&#039;s a contant struggle for me, but it&#039;s getting better.</description>

		<description>Same here! for the past two weeks we have made it a point to reduce our &#039;EATING OUT&#039; to just Friday. That includes no buying lunch, snacks or pricey coffee on campus. I pack excess snack for both of us and we are real proud of ourselves. As you said this not only helps in the &#039;WAIST&#039; department but also keeps our finances in check. Thanks for this post!</description>
