Note to Self: You Needed a Day…
November 30, 2008
Just a day. A day where you didn’t go overboard. A day where you felt in control. A day where you food journaled honestly.
Now don’t you feel so much better? Keep this feeling in mind as you keep your New Month’s Resolutions! It’s SO worth it!

| just over an hour of racquetball - not counting ap | |
| lavash bread pizza and a bit of the toddlers pita pizza | 6 |

It’s so easy to fall into the endless eating trap. I liked your resolution post, today is a new day and new month and I will make the most of it.

Being in control feels so much better than mindlessly stuffing your face with food for days. Why is it so easy to fall into bad habits? Thanks for the post. I’m back on program today!

The reason, Sherri, it’s so easy to fall into bad habits is because, like it or not, we’re not as in control as we’d like to think we are. Here’s some food for thought: http://www.backtothefridge.com/blog/psych-out/

Chocolate mint tea? Sounds delicious…what brand is it?
Thanks for the reminders that we can celebrate the holidays with more than just food and each day is a new day. It really helps.

Today is my day……I know its only 9:45…but I am already proud of the fact that the only thing I’ve eaten so far is my Frosted Mini Wheats…..portioned out!
Its going to be a good day….:-)
And I’m throwing out the Cadbury Christmas Balls or mini eggs or WHATEVER they’re called right now! (they are to me what those Berger (?)cookies are to Roni!!!!!)

You make me smile. I love your honesty and realness and because of you, I am making great progress toward my goals. I’m always telling my family and friends, “You know what Roni said….” and it seriously feels like you’re a friend I haven’t met in person. Thanks for being you and for sharing your life with everyone. You are helping SO many people get control over their health.

Already had a huge, not-so-healthy breakfast today, but that doesn’t mean the whole day is shot! I’ll make good choices for the rest of the day.
