Ummm are you noticing a pattern here? Every night you stop food journaling by dinner, you start your night snacking healthy and by the time you are ready to go to bed you’re downing peanut M&M’s and Cookies.

Get a Grip girl. You KNOW better! For gosh sake, you just got the BEST advice on how to avoid night time snacking!

    When I am feeling like eating I down at least 3 glasses of water……..sometimes adding some sugar free Metamucil to it………..I figure….the fiber won’t hurt and then I feel very full :)

    Or, a hot cup of tea with some milk and fruit slices on the side :)

    Roni, you’re hilarious!!!!! That was the perfect description of my struggles lately!!! We so know better..and with all of the good advice, it shouldn’t be this hard, right??
