Hi Suzzan! Askin question in comments is totally fine! Unless you want to ask me one for the videos then use... http://ronisweigh.com/pages/ask-roni

As for the Trader Joe's list, I beat ya to it! :~) Well kind of....
http://ronisweigh.com/ronis-resources/shopping-list

That page has some products I must get when I go which isn't that often because it's a little far for me. If I get some time I'll work on a list and shoot a video but I don't have plans on going anytime soon. :~(

Good morning..... It is me, you, the rest of the "family" and my cup coffee... my morning ritual :)...
I am still not sure from where on this site I should send general questions, but you mentioned trader joes again. I have been to this store while in San Fran... and we have one in Milwaukee, WI. About once a year we take a trip there and stock up on well.. 2 buck Chuck :).. which by the way in WI is 3 buck chuck. (it is a pretty decent Wine for 2$ if you have not heard of it) We have not been there in a year, and I was not on my new life back then. We will be planning a trip soon and I know you have a LOT of items you recommend from them. Do you think you would ever consider doing one of your "shopping" lists for Trader Joes, like you did with Aldis!

Thank you for another good start to my morning

I agree with everyone else. The hair looks great. I am on a bit of a stand still with my weight...I think I am going to pull up all your Q&A sessions and listen to then while I work. Hopefully it will help me think of something to kick start my efforts. :-)

I realize this makes me sound semi-crazy but I do have a photographic memory so bear with me lol...I'm pretty sure the post about eating in the car was a written post and not a video, because I remember seeing the words on the screen. Of course, I could be wrong...

I have had my "ups" and downs with sizes as well. I have clothes that range in size from 2 to 8. This past July, I got serious with my training (running and weights), and I have gotten back into my "2s." This is a crucial time for me, because I am more scared of gaining weight back than of having the weight on to begin with. By keeping the larger sizes in the closet, it reminds me that I need to stay on the right track!

Thanks Roni.....for answering my question about the whole wheat pretzels. Just a couple weeks after I asked you that question, I traveled to the Detroit area to visit my Aunt and cousins and I got to go to Trader Joes, believe it or not!!! So I stocked up on a lot of Trader Joe's snacks (including whole wheat pretzels), but of course I couldn't buy anything frozen or refrigerated. But I spent around $60 there.....and it was such a fun store. I wish we would get one in the central Illinois area.

Your haircut looks cute!
