I love your site! While reading through your post here about Aldi’s and some of the comments, it looks like you are from Baltimore. Is that true? If so, what a small world. I shop at that Aldi’s in Edgewood too. Here I’ve been reading your blog for weeks not realizing you were a local girl. :O)

Or maybe I’m way off and you live somewhere completely different and thus I look a little foolish now. Either way, love the site! Thanks for all the motivation.

I love Aldi’s too! As a matter of fact, I am going there when they open to restock my pantry and refrig. I must stop the madness of my hubby picking up random stuff from the store one by one. ;-)

Thanks for the Video. We are getting an Aldi’s soon and I cannot wait. My first experience was 3 years ago when I went to Chicago to help my brother with his kids. I was so excited to learn we are getting one here. I just hit lifetime yesterday, and I am so concerned about maintaining so the video was a big help. Love the tips. Sherri

Some of their stuff actually tastes better then name brand. I refuse to buy produce there though. Meat is ok… I dont care for their milk or their cheese, but Tanner loves their yogurt. I have been shopping at Mars, and Redners is only for emergencies, but meats and other stuff I get at Giant.

A random comment. I love Aldi's as well and have even gotten my mother to love it. It really works out for me for price and, since it's a good walk away from my home at around 2 miles, I get in a good workout when I shop there. I've been slowly working my way through the refrigerated section. The Friendly Farms Yogurts cannot be topped. The one here even sells clothing and other household items, which is nice. Thanks for posting this Roni. I think you described Aldi perfectly. I also think ‘renting’ a cart is a great idea and you certainly don’t see any ‘runaway’ carts in their parking lot.

I, too, had problems with the volume. This is the 2nd video that I’ve experienced the problem.

I just remembered something else cool… Aldis has a web site
http://www.aldimeals.com/ and you can search for recipes, and build a shopping list and find the Aldi’s that is close to you and lots of neat things! Like I said I love….love ALDI’S you would think I work for them however I do not I just love saving money!!!
