OMG the lavish bread has been a life saver! I've been using it instead of high calorie breads and such, it is filling and tastey! Awesome for homemade chips i just put them in the oven on broil(watch them) and when they come out they are crispy and delicous, perfect with guacamole, or salsa! Also love them for turkey or tuna wraps, and egg white breakfast burritos. Pizza for lunch is no longer a splurge, its a healthy low calorie choice! one more thing! This is a little off topic but another thing i have found thats absolutely delicous and healthy, is homemade pancakes. 1/2 cup of quaker oats, 2 egg whites, splenda, 1/4 cup if that of skim milk, and blend in a magic bullet or blender, then you have your batter, add some frozen blueberries and top it off with aunt jemimas sugar free syrup( check out the calorie difference between sugar free and regular by the way, i almost died!!) I eat them all the time and NEVER feel guilty!!!! so happy other people know about this bread, by the way i have been spreadin the word to my friends and they love it too!!!

i prefer joseph's pita and lavash to flatout bread--just has a better taste and texture. the options are endless--they make a wonderful sweet treat (splenda/cinnamon/0 cal spray butter and apple slices is wonderful) and pizza, sandwich, wraps as well as chips when baked to a crisp. very versatile and yummy.

Yup! Love Flat out. It's good. I'd say it's not has sticky as the Josephs. Has a more processed feel but good, tasty and just about the same size! Definitely worth a try!

Hi Roni,
I LOVE your blog and I'm glad you reviewed Joseph's. I was just wondering if you've (or any other bloggers) tried the "Flat Out" brand of wraps??? Could you tell me how it compares to Joseph's?? Do you like Joseph's better? Thanks...

You can get lavash bread at any middle eastern food stores, I'm Armenian and I can tell you it's the best bread you'll ever eat, the brand I use is ARA-Z LAVASH not cholesterol no fat 150 calories per pack. (888)LAVASH1

Do you freeze yout Lavash bread? I picked up two at BJ's today because I went through the last package so quickly and was wondering if i should freeze one or leave it out? I couldn't find an expiration date on the package but wraps tend to have a long shelf life.

I will say that some "bread" items taste funky to me once they have been frozen and defrosted, so I am hesitant....as anyone tried freezing it?
