Only 3 question but I get pretty long winded. Irish makes a debut and sits on my lap throughout the whole recording. I LOVE having a cat again. :~)

Topics in this video include…

  • Mid Loss Crisis (Better known as losing motivation half way to goal)
  • Staying motivated
  • Are Activity Points overused?

  1. I am so right there with the “mid loss crisis” you nailed it! Thank you for the inspiration to take baby steps. It doesnt ALWAYS have to be full force! WE CAN DO THIS!

  2. Loved the video! I thought Mizfit had a great post about motivation on her site this week. She pretty much states that she exercises and eats healthy because she’s a grownup and it is required of her just like brushing her teeth or going to work everyday. She’s so right! What a simple concept! I oweit to my children and myself as I’m getting older to exercise and eat healthy.I really just need to have more self discipline.Your kitten is adorable.

  3. I’ve been at midloss crisis before, that’s when I gave up and gained all the weight back :( Now I have to start over, so I guess one more thing to say to people needing motivation is, “At one point you would want to start losing weight again, so better stick with it now and continue what you have done so far.”

  4. I logged on to the Itunes store to download this latest podcast, and it wasn’t there! What’s up with that? I was looking forward to listening on my walk in the morning …

  5. Arlene - Thanks for letting me know! I’m on it!

  6. Hi Roni, I just have to say Irish so soooo adorable!! I am so happy for your family (especially Ryan) that you have the new addition. I think it is so important for kids to grow up with pets. Anyway you could not have picked a cuter kitten!! Have a great weekend.

  7. I’m enjoying your podcasts a lot, Roni! I usually just listen, but had to fire up the video and see Irish–what a cutie! Congrats on your new addition!
