I am starting to look at exercise like brushing my teeth. I need to do it on all sorts of levels…….energy, heart health, continued weight loss, stress reduction…it has become a part of my day, almost everyday. I wouldn’t go a day without brushing my teeth, so why shouldn’t I give my body the attention I give my teeth?
