		<description>My WW leader says this all the time and it is soooo true.  The instant gratification of food is what sabotages my weight loss efforts most of the time.  It applies to all areas of life too, not just fitness and weight loss.  Great quote to remember!</description>

I have gained 5 lbs back, so not much, but I am just terrified that it is going to turn into 10, then 15.  I get on track for a day, and then BAM...cravings hit and I instantly give in.  I am going to put this on my refrigerator.  Roni, did you ever find a time in your maintenance where you just seemed to lose all motivation...maintenance is definitely harder than losing in my opinion.</description>
