it is late night, my husband and child have been asleep for hours, and i&#039;m sitting here FIGHTING with myself about whether or not i should let myself eat just TWO MORE POINTS that i don&#039;t have...i&#039;ve been through four pickes and what feels like a gallon of ice water trying to quiet the voice.  

so thank you. because i AM tired...and i definately don&#039;t need to be eating right now. i&#039;m going to bed.</description>

		<description>My snacking happens as soon as I sit down at my desk at work.  I seem to think I need to eat all morning!!!!  Even though I had breakfast and I am not hungry. I have made a new rule though, if I have to pay for it at work, I will not eat it.  This will at least keep me away from the vending machine and eating the healthy snacks that I brought.</description>
