Hi Roni,

I am the one who sent you the link on the benefits on running. Thanks for passing it along on your site. I have been running 20 plus years and rarely miss a day, so at age 38 I am very happy to see the results of that study. Also, thanks Krista for that link for tracking running distance...i am anxious to try that out!

Hey Roni! I thought this link may interest you. It's a site that allows you to track your distance. Just find your city, doulbe click along your route and it will tell you how many miles you have gone (or will go). The link is also posted on my blog, kristaskravings.blogspot.com. Have fun with it!

Thanks for the links, Roni. The running article helped alleviate some of the concern I've been having about my ability to run without causing myself injury once I start the C25K program on Monday. Though it dealt with people much older than I, it made me realize that should I start now in my 30s, I'll only have that much longer to benefit from running.

Loved your article on Empowher. I love what you said, if I may quote you: "No matter what you do today tomorrow is coming so you might as well do what you can to better yourself." This is how I feel. If you're going to be here a week or a month or a year from now anyway, why not do what you can do to get healthy? It might seem like a long way to go, but you're going there anyway, might as well do it the right way. It's what I tell myself when it seems that the weeks drag on and the weight comes off slowly.

Thanks again for a great site!
