  1. awesome job on the run!

  2. Can’t wait for the crisp!

  3. Hi Roni. I do Weight Watchers, but I find it easier if I think in terms of 3 meals and 2-3 snacks–that way i know my body is “fueled” well enough. I just try to make sure that those 5-6 eating times are within my points range, so that I control portions. I find that I am much more satisfied (physically and emotionally) when I eat that way. So, when I saw your food journal–it looked normal to me–just thought the nighttime eating was your snacks… I do have days where my 2-3 snacks are all at one time (work event, have the munchies, etc)–looks like that is what happened to you. Anyway, just wanted to share! Have a nice Sunday!

  4. Oh, a 10 minute mile. I am at a 13 minute mile. ugh. I am sure I will get there eventually.

  5. Love runing..I am 58 in 2 weeks,,and run 2 miles in about 19 1/2 minutes..my friends are very impressed.. which is really an incentive..keep up the GREAT work,,Roni~

  6. mmm…blueberries and mangos sound like a great combo!

  7. I just have a question….. maybe I am the only egocentric compliment seeking person out there…..but…..I have been on ww for a year and a half. Love the accountibility, have adjusted to the lifestyle change, feel better than ever, however, I must say that when I reached goal I felt so empowered. I felt like there was NOTHING I couldn’t accomplish. Everyone was telling me how great I looked etc etc etc…… Now that I have maintained (gained 6 lbs of pure muscle back) :)……but still maintain a tremendous loss….still walk and run 3 miles a day, continue to count points in my head….I get no more compliments. They ran out. It was such a motivator for me. It encouraged me to keep it up. I miss that. Is that just nuts or what? Okay….analyze that. I can take the abuse, so be harsh.

  8. Pam, I know EXACTLY what you mean!! My favorite leader once told me “now one ever pats you on the back and says, ‘heeey looks like you’re maintaining nicely!” and it’s SO true! I think we just have to remember we are doing this for US and that’s what’s important. I’m going to post about this and use your comment, if you don’t mind.

  9. I’m such a grazer too! I don’t even eat that much at meals!

  10. No problem…..!! I figured it couldn’t be just me!!!!
