  1. Roni, great job on the videos. I am really impressed on how you handled the personal questions and well…how you handle all the questions. It is nice to see your personality come out with each video. It is a fun way to get good answers and DOES make it seem more like WW leader!
Thanks for all the advice and encouragment!

Hope you had fun at the beach!

  2. Roni,

I loved EVERY video that you did…I can’t believe you did all those questions for us……i hope you enjoyed your vacation. I can’t wait to hear all about it. Thanks for all the answers, advice, suggestions, and most importantly motivation. Everytime that you get teary eyed or cry in a video..so do I because I believe in the motto that nobody cries alone…haha..but thanks for your motivation and because of you i’m still on my journey…so thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

Im off to eat a very healthy lunch since it’s the boyfriend’s 25th b-day today so i need to save some points….talk soon!!

  3. Roni,
These videos are great. I love them and keep coming back to see you because you’re hilarious. You’re tummy tuck pictures are so brave, thanks for sharing them.

Thanks for posting, even on your holiday!

  4. I love that you are so honest and forthcoming with your surgery information. This is something that is hard to find “personal” information and I appreciate that you are so helpful with your experiences and your pictures. You are a true friend to all in blog land. And you handle yourself very well. Kind and well spoken.

  5. I think that you provide so much more through your website and doing what you do in general than you ever would being a ww leader. If I haven’t said this enough Thank you for you time, stories, ideas, and dedication to all of us.

  6. Excellent video. As far as the way you handled the personal kid question, I think you handled it like a real class act. It was so endearing that you answered it. I think you gave just the right amount of attention to a question that is in fact personal. It was obvious that you wanted to be helpful and honest. Thank you. But you know what?If ever there is a time when you don’t feel comfortable answering a question that you feel is too personal, know that you reserve the right to keep information to yourself. I would hope your readers would understand that. Your blog followers seem pretty loyal to you so I’m sure most would. Thank you for sharing and doing all of that work to be sure we’d have something to tune in to while you’re away.

  7. Ok Girlfriend, you are awesome, I have to check in on a daily basis to see whats new. You are awesome, keep it up, You are to cute and fun!

  8. Hi Roni
I just sat and watched all 4 of your video chats. I love that you are so committed to helping others with their weight loss journeys. I have just started my own blog as I am trying to loose weight, but also just getting over depression.
I have been loosing and gaining the same 2 pounds for the last couple of weeks and your videos are just the kick up the butt I needed to motivate myself again.
Thanks for all your hard work – there are a lot of people out here that appreciate your hard work and dedication

  9. Just wanted to stop by and say that I loved your Pizza recipe video on Mizfit and I love your site as well! I also think that it is great sharing so much for others and trying to help out others!

  10. Another awesome video, Roni!

I was particularly impressed by your only kid response. You call your reasons for not having another child selfish, but I think just the opposite is true.

You understand that you and hubby are comfortable as a comfy, cozy 3-person unit, and you understand that you are stretched thin enough between your little one and personal interests. I think it would be REALLY selfish to know that you are at maximum capacity, and then have another child anyway. You’d be doing yourself, your current child, your hubby, and the new addition all a disservice.

I applaud you on a number of levels. The kid decision was well thought out and eloquently stated.

  11. Hey Roni..just wanted to say great job on the videos. It is neat to see your personality shine through. I commend you for your decisions..not because I agree or disagree with them, but because they are what is right for you and no one else..as it should be. Way to go! I hope you had a fabulous vacation.

  12. Roni,

Great job answering the very personal kid question. I’ve often wondered whether you had decided the toddler was to be your only child, especially given the tummy tuck, but never had the courage to ask–I’m surprised you answered, but so glad you did. I appreciate your honesty. I am TTC and therefore planning my own family. Just that decision alone was very personal and tough to make (athough you’d never know it by all the questions of when we are going to have kids…) I think your open dialogue about your choice very refreshing. I never understood why so many women feel compelled to bash those who choose differently (the SAHM vs. working mom debate is worse than the political scene as far as mud-slinging!) Thank God we have the choice, right? The fact that you didn’t judge others in your answer shows again what an honest and thoughtful person you are.

PS We were on vacation at the same time! Welcome back and I hope you had a nice break!

  13. Roni, I just finished watching all the videos. Great advice and once again very motivating. Now I have to commit to my blog and start doing it more regularly. Thanks for all that you do that helps all of us! I’m glad you had a great vacation!

FYI, To the lady with the question on whether the tummy tuck was covered or not. I recently had a tummy tuck and I did try to get part of it covered by having the doctor request a “panniculectomy” which is just removal of the apron (or pannicula) of skin that hangs down below the belly button over the pubic area. However, the criteria by insurance is that you have to have 3 months of documented health issues caused by the hanging skin (like rashes or hygenic problems) I did not. Hope that helps.

  14. [...] news I’m not sure I should share but I will. Vaguely, but I will. ;~) Does anyone remember this is ancient video? Geesh! I looked like a baby back then! I really aged in the last year and half! Anyway… [...]
