  1. Roni, you’ve got a great site and congratulations on losing the weight and keeping it off.

  2. Oh yum. I love sheppard’s pie. I mince up all kinds of veggies and cook them with the meat. My hubby does not even realize he is eating a lot of veggies this way.

  3. I can’t wait for the new GLB post! I love chocolate and I love kettle corn. I also love those flavored popcorns that come in the big metal tins around Christmas-time! MMM!

  4. yeah, that’s my problem : ) I LOVE to cook and especially bake but I have to keep my tasting in check :)

  5. Haha. Well other than the popcorn, your choices were incredible healthy and fresh! I always wonder how Giada DeLaurentis and Nigella stay so slim and sexy with all their testing!

  6. Regarding that note to self…I made the wraps last night and I LOVED THEM! And, I’m having that again today for lunch!….AND I plan on making more 2nite so I have it leftover for a few more meals….super easy and YUM-O!!

Thanks again for a another great dish!

  7. What a tease, Roni! Please give us the chocolate kettle corn recipe sooner than later! In the meantime I think I’ll check out the wraps recipe.

  8. we love traditional shepherd’s pie. this sounds lovely to me… I am making jerk pork loin tomorrow for dinner and will most likely have tons left over. I think sweet potatoes would go so well with that…. the spicy and the sweet. yumminess… now I have to go buy sweet potatoes. lol

  9. This is a great site. Very professional and user friendly. Great job on your weight loss, you look great.

  10. looking forward to the chocolate kettle corn recipe!

  11. I know what you mean when you say you are a lost puppy with out the internet! I will be moving soon and I will not have internet in the new house for a few months.
