I can NOT stop eating, seriously. All I want to do is munch munch and munch!

I’m done, I am NOT hungry, I’m just eating for eating sake an it’s stupid. Enough said.

    You and I both! I don’t know what came over me today. All I did was snack, snack, and snack. This morning I did eat a light breakfast that didn’t satisfy me. This is probably what lead to the early morning snacking. We don’t need to let this snacking deter us!!

    thank god.. it’s good to know that I am not the only one that goes through those times. Not that it is an excuse for myself, but it makes me feel better.
