Triple Chocolate Chunk VitaTops

Most of you know I’m a fan of Vitalicious. I love their mixes and brownies, especially the pomegranate ones. Even though I like their products I never got a chance to try a vitaTop until recently. Of course the one I selected HAD to be chocolate, not only chocolate but TRIPLE chocolate. "Mmmmmm" I think that is an exact quote from the toddler when he took a bite.
They are moist, a good size and tasty with a fair amount of chocolate chips throughout. Weighing in at only 100 calories, 1.5g of fat and 5g of fiber (1 point) I love them for a late night snack. If I have some points left over I’ll add a scoop of Breyer’s Free Vanilla on top! in the words of one of my favorite TV cooks, YUM-O!

I could be losing my mind - anything is possible at this point :) but haven’t you used the corn vitatops in a couple of recipes in the past?

VitaTops ROCK! Only downfall is I live on the west coast and shipping is killing me! The Fudgy Peanut Butter Chip is my favorite! Warm them up in the microwave for a melty yummy treat. And if you have an order problem call them - their customer service is excellent!
