The dreaded…

Date June 22, 2008

“I want something”

That’s where I am right now.

I just got finished posting Lemon Sage Chicken Packs. I have another recipe (Quick Banana Pancakes) waiting in the wings and all I can think about is FOOD. Maybe I should take a break from GreenLiteBites?? :~P

Seriously, I’m racking my brain trying to figure out a satisfying, low point snack idea.

It’s not like I didn’t eat all day and I’m not even “hungry”. I just want SOMETHING!

The problem is I didn’t make it to the grocery store today so I have no good snack alternatives. I’m going tomorrow with the toddler and I’ll be stocking for the week!

  3. I hate being at that point where you want something, and you really want to be good to your body without going crazy in craving-land. I hope you were able to figure out something.

I loooooove banana pancakes- actually pancakes of any kind. Can’t wait for the recipe, as I’m sure it’s healthier than my version (which really isn’t too bad, but still…)

On that note, I think it’s lunch time. = )
