		<description>I use these filets on salads as a way to increase the filling-ness factor of a salad. the only problem is picking the right dressing so you arent mixing the marinade from the tuna with another flavor from the dressing.</description>

		<description>I tried one of these today for my lunch.  It might have been a different brand though (Bumble Bee, maybe?).  Mine was 3 points for the whole package, but there was a lot of tuna.  I chose the ginger/soy flavored one and mixed it up with Choice ramen noodles.  YUM!</description>
