Just because meringue cookies are fat free doesn’t mean they are FREE!

MAN they are addictive before I knew it the container was gone.

*sigh*

  1. Ugh, I hate that! I do it too, and then you just feel so awful about it after. Ah well, it’s just a minor set-back! The joys of being human making mistakes.

  3. Thanks guys, and mizfit – nope they were in a box from Trader Joe’s. Although I was researching all night and plan on making my own recipe up.

    I really don’t think I can buy them anymore!!!

  4. Those Trader Joe ones are delicious. My daughter and I fight over them!! It could have been alot worse – like a box of Girl Scout cookies!!!

    Maybe it would be better to just eat one really good oatmeal cookie with some raisins, huh?

  6. I found some peppermint ones right around xmas time and oh my gosh…they are good and oh so dangerous!

  7. mmm oh baby…the only cookie type things I let in my house are mint oreos and nutter butters because I despise them and DH loves them…works for me!! Just hop back on and good thing that you will be journaling.

  9. I figured you were talking about your chocolate meringue cookies that you make. I made them twice around Christmas…delicious. But somehow I managed to only eat 1 serving at a time….or no more than once a day, I mean. I’ve been thinking about those though….hmmmmm. I think I’ll wait to get your new recipe and try those instead.

    I agree…..great job on your 5K run.

  10. that is a soooo no no food for me… dont keep them in the house.. and dont make them.. I do much better with portion controlled things than with take my own portion things lol.. oh well…

  12. Hey, just a quick FYI on someone I have been following and LOVE – http://www.jillianmichaels.com. She is the trainer from the Biggest Loser…which everyone probably already knows. Anyway. She has a DVD called 30 Day Shred. I ran a 1/2 marathon in April and it kicked my arse BIG TIME. She also has a book called Making the Cut that is great. Just FYI as a resource if anyone is interested.

  14. Have you seen the “Very Tiny” ones at TJ’s. I just found them and they are TINY and according to the NI 100 are 5 calories. How is that possible? I have no idea but I bought a tub and they are good and you know what? After like 10 you don’t want any more.
