		<description>I believe this is where caffeine comes in? :D&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;but no, really.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I think its more of a matter of visualization for getting the funk.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Whenever I am like really not in mood, I think of six packs and stuff and GET IN THE MOOD.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Or there are options such as 15 minute workouts primarily based on countless hindu pushups, bag training and stuff which give a considerable burn throughout the day. Of course, being a circuit training option, won&#039;t help put on much of lean muscle.</description>

		<description>It is great that you went for a walk to &quot;fight the funk&quot;. Sometimes we don&#039;t have the energy to exercise - because we had an extended period of inactivity. So you have to make yourself get up and start with something, just to have the energy to get up and do it again. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Next time you get in a&quot;funk&quot; try turning on your favorite music, and dancing for about three whole songs - that&#039;s what I do, and i lost over 100lbs a few years ago.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Also consider the fact that the food you eat can creat the funk. Food heavy laden with sugar and fat, caused the blood to rush from your body to your belly for digestion - making you want to fall right to sleep after a meal.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;That&#039;s my 2 cents.
