My Everyday Breakfast:
- Pureed or Cubed Pumpkin &/or Butternut Squash (mostly pumpkin) sprinkled with cinnamon, stevia &/or pumpkin pie spice
- One poached egg (or over easy - cause I love a runny yolk)...

MmMm Good! Cannot wait for breakfast!

What I call a "tri-egg scramble" made with 1 part egg beaters, 1 part egg white, and 1 part whole egg; 3 slices Oscar Mayer Naturally Smoked Center Cut bacon; bell peppers; and 1 tsp olive oil. It's two servings and my fiance eats the other half. I usually stick my half in a 1-point, whole wheat bread product like pita bread, a tortilla, or a sandwich thin. Sometimes I'll add a small amount of low-fat or fat-free cheese. Including the bread and cheese, it clocks in at 5 points. :)

And when the boy can't make it over here in the morning to make breakfast, I'll usually have a bowl of fiber one with 1% organic milk or soy milk, or have breakfast sandwiches (turkey breakfast sausage patty, 1-point english muffin, 1/4 cup egg beaters, and RF cheddar--5 pts) already prepared in the freezer for easy nuking.

That sounds delicious!

I like eating spinach salad with 2 hard boiled eggs and a tropical fruit shake with coconut oil before running. This gives me energy for the day.

These are all great ideas!

I usually have 3 hard boiled egg whites and plain oatmeal with 1/2 cup blueberries for 3.5 pts total. Sometimes I have a banana instead of the berries making it 4 pts total. I try to space out when I eat all this so I am full all morning-usually the eggs between 8 and 9 and the oatmeal at 10. That has helped me a lot. For dinner, and sometimes for breakfast, I have 1/2 cup Fiber One, 1/2 cup Kashi Go Lean, 1/2 cup blueberries and 1 cup skim milk for a 4 pt meal that is REALLY filling.

Love 1/4 cup pumpkin in steel cut oats with pumpkin pie spice, I throw in applesauce and or yogurt as well, just discovered Chia seeds to round it out. 1T has 20 calories and 2.5 grams fiber, and high omega threes and an interesting texture - expands in liquid.

I love love LOVE my Quaker Weight Control Oatmeal (maple brown sugar flav) - I feel really off if I don't have it. It keeps me full for a long time!

I do WANT to be a little more varied...but, I find myself craving this every morning.
