I’m off to bed, trying to keep up on this ‘early to bed early to rise’ theory. ;~P

Mommy and Me Omelets with a side of whole wheat toast and light jelly
sandwich on thin bread with a side of carrots
Ginger Carrot Soup with Shrimp and Rice
light flavored yogurt
BBQ chicken leg, baked sweet potato and Brussel sprouts with a sprinkle of butter flavored popcorn salt
Watermelon Ice
Activity
10 minutes on bike for warm up - lower body weights
