Alright, can I just tell you something? I never liked pizza very much. I mean, I would eat it if it was there, but I would never order it. I got a serving job at a very popular, busy pizza place almost a month ago, and now I want to eat pizza EVERY DAY. I guess I never had good pizza until I ate at this place!

Luckily we sell out of dough almost every night, so we don't get to eat it often, but man, oh man...I had a pizza incident last night for sure!

Thanks for the great post! And congratulations on all the great news from your homefront! Even getting over and through the Pizza Incident.

One good thing about projects is that they don't last forever. You can look back at what a great job you've done and probably be in line for more projects down the road. It's just like running your own business wherein you'd be taking on projects anyway. It sounds like a nice bridge between totally throwing in the towel and going on your own and having some anchoring while experimenting with your own company. Just a thought. It's basically what I do for a living so thought I'd throw in my two cents, lol.

Thanks again.

Tracey

Thank you for being so honest Roni. I often feel like falling apart after dinner. Why? After eating a full meal and I want more after dinner? Perhaps out of habit of always having dessert after dinner as a kid? I don't know.

Anyway, you sound like you are in an awesome place with the exercise! It feels so good.

I have to tell you that two months ago I had accepted a job at work that I thought I really wanted until...they offered me another position (a promotion) in my current unit. I was tourmented for weeks. (I know...oh such problems...) So the problem you ask? Didn't know what I wanted to do...how did I know what the right thing to do was? I had to think long term, take a chance and hope for the best...everyone understood. I was afraid I would let people down, that they would be angry with me, etc. But why would I want to worry about others? Just my own values coming in to play. Don't want to let anyone down who has put their faith in me...don't want to seem like I don't care, that I am selfish, that I can't commit. You can always try to work on the project work at school and if it's too much, you can always let them know. Keep thinking it thru and your answer will come to you...hope I haven't confused you even more.

Have a great weekend...
Tanya

CONGRATS ON THE COOKING LIGHT! (and yes, that clearly trumps todays MizFit shoutout (*wink*))

I also love how you referred to it as the pizza incident. do we (the royal) need to use caps? call it the Great Pizza Incident of 2008?
(nothing like NAMING--for me anyway--to prevent that specific slippage from happening again.)

have a great weekend, Roni.

M.
