Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow – Really Real Quick!

Today I didn’t do much except work but this weekend I took a step class, ran 5k again and cooked some good food (see my leftovers below). Now tomorrow I’m doing this green eating thing at an Earth day event on my campus. I’ve been making a slideshow of my favorite recipe from GreenLiteBites to have on display. Whatca’ think?

Mommy and Me Omelets
carrots
Sausage & Pepper Skewers
a handful of the office mates kettle corn

2 servings of Southwest Chicken Salad Topper (I didn’t have any greens so I ate it straight up with some baked tortillas
light favored yogurt
Quick Tortilla Pizza (Video Post)
Multi Grain Mini Crisps
1 peanut butter chocolate egg
Activity
nothing formal - 12 hour work day

  1. I think the food looks great, but I found myself wanting to know exactly what I was looking at. So if I could make a minor suggestion - to add the names of the food as they appear throughout the slideshow. Other than that…looks great!

  7. I love your blog and read it as often as I can. I just started WW online yesterday, but I noticed that you don’t post points anymore. Are you not doing WW and/or the Flex plan anymore?

  8. Hayley - Damn, you noticed! ;~P Actually it’s just too time consuming for me right now to calculate the points at the end of the day. I use everything I learned from Flex everyday. I use points in my head to help make portion decisions but I haven’t really followed the Flex plan the way it’s suppose to be followed in a long time.

    For me, it was the plan that taught me how to eat but I learned that lesson and now I’m trying to trust myself.
