Out of Time and In Control

Packing a lot of healthy snacks for a long day at work always gets me back in the groove. I’m feeling tons better thanks for all the awesome comments!! YOU guys are the best!

not with my 12 hour day but I parked far and walked around the building a bit.

  5. Don’t you just LOVE those Kashi bars? Dark Chocolate Cherry are DEELISH! I recently compared the ingredients of those to the Quaker Choc Chip bars… so terrible. Like three different kinds of partially hydrogenated oils.
