not with my 12 hour day but I parked far and walked around the building a bit.

    Don’t you just LOVE those Kashi bars? Dark Chocolate Cherry are DEELISH! I recently compared the ingredients of those to the Quaker Choc Chip bars… so terrible. Like three different kinds of partially hydrogenated oils.
