		<description>PROTEIN mamma.  You need more protein, in addition to your carbs.  I&#039;m a runner too (2 marathons, several half-marathons, various other distances) and I can tell you that when I first started building up serious mileage, I was an eating MACHINE. Especially the day FOLLOWING a long run. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt; Your muscles need protein to help re-build the microscopic fibers that break down during hard workouts.  Maybe some LF cottage cheese with some pieapple?  Apple and peanut butter?  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Thank you for continuing to be such an inspiration! I think you are amazing.</description>

		<description>random thought.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;when I was a trainer full time and people would express the I WAS SO HUNGRY ALL DAY! sentiment we had a silly drill of:&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;were you so hungry youd eat a can of tuna?&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;when (and it was sometimes!) the answer was YES I &#039;made&#039; them have an extra minimeal that day as their body was TRULY HUNGRY.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;it&#039;s such a delicate balance and I found that sometimes my clients would assume pangs were emotional hungers when they really were &#039;growing pain hungers&#039; from increased exercise/muscle creations.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;hope it&#039;s ok I rambled...&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;:)&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;M.</description>
