    I’m so glad you found spinning class! It’s my absolute favorite workout…and added bonus….it burns like 750+ calories an hour (if you really work it). You’ve inspired me to start my own little blog about my weight loss journey…it’s not much…just my thoughts and feelings but I’ve done it :-) http://b-moreland.blogspot.com/
