It&#039;s great to focus on improving your body for that little while. Good for you!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;As far as the running goes, I totally recommend the C25K program that others have mentioned in their comments. I&#039;m finishing up Week 4. If I can do it, you can DEFINITELY do it.</description>

I really want to run again..even though its been years..but I definately think that would help the weight come off faster..hopefully. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Happy St. Pat&#039;s Day!</description>

My mom, brother and sister would run marathons/5, 10ks and I would think they were crazy! I started a biggest loser challenge with some family and friends and guess what!? I&#039;m running my FIRST EVER 5k next month! I could barely walk a mile and now I am jogging/fast walking 3.1 miles in 38 minutes. It&#039;s a start, but I just did it. I signed up and told myself I could be a runner even if I&#039;ve never ran in my entire life lol. &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Okay enough about me....2.5 hours! wow, that&#039;s awesome!! Distance running is all about your mind...anyone can run but only a few people know how to push past that point where most people stop. &lt;br/&gt;I love working out for a long time like that. I love taking my time and hate when things are rushed. You should try and fit a workout like that in once a week, it will make you feel fantastic and youll really see the results!&lt;br/&gt;Congrats!</description>
