  1. I’m sorry about your day. I’m hoping that tomorrow is much better. And yes, definitely a NSV if you didn’t turn to food. Good for you!

  2. Another great day!

  3. Wow. That’s a lot of emotion to deal with. Not easy. But I’m proud of you for doing just that! Good job Roni!

  4. Wow, not usually but just today I’ve actually felt eight of the forteen you listed. I’m motivated by you and your site Roni and just coming here takes my mind off going and getting the “bad” snack i shouldn’t! Thank you for your inspiration and all the hard work you do on this site. Together we can continue to make healthy food choices even on not so good days!!

  5. Good job on the NSV, but I’m sorry you had a stressy day. Hope today was better.

  6. Roni — you just summed up my day from yesterday (and today, too!)! I also didn’t overcompensate for it by eating — I stayed OP yesterday and I am doing pretty good today, as well. It really is a great NSV - I didn’t think of it that way until I just read your post!

Good for you (and me!) :-) Hopefully this week gets better for us both!
