Real quick as I just got home from a L-O-N-G day at work.
I wanted to tell you I’m feeling 100% better! I decided to track a bit this week to help get back into the my routine. I’m also planning on hitting a meeting, it’s been weeks since I’ve weighed in.
I had a great day today, yesterday I had a great workout and tomorrow I plan on hitting the gym. I am SO happy to put that nasty virus behind me and get back on track!!

|Simple Onion Turkey Loaf with whole wheat noodles(frozen leftovers)||7|

|94% ff popcorn split with the husband||2|
|Can’t claim anything. I had a 12 hour day today. :~(
But I’m still sore from yesturday’s workour with the trainer!!
