The big reason for not taking a break from points is that then you wouldn't realize that a "blow-out" isn't a blow-out at all. Keep up the great work!
Wendy

Your scale fluctuates as much as mine does....at least I'm not the only one.

And hey, isn't that what this journey is all about, the ups and downs? We can't be perfect all the time, the important thing is that when it happens, we get back up, dust off, and keep going on it.

Thanks everyone!!

Anon#1 - I think you are right!

Jill - I don't know but they have been band from the house for the next few weeks!

Kit - I don't want to even know what spangles is. PLEASE don't tell me I have a weakness for fries!

Kristina - I really do love it. I wasn't sure what a trainer would do for me either and so I ask. Basically she told me "it's up to me". So I'm using her to teach me some new routines and show me how to use free weights correctly. Next time you are at the gym just ask!

Anon#2 - I'm going to quote you tonight! "Food isn't our enemy" that's a great outlook!

Jill - Not sure it depends on browser, OS and where you are pasting it. Have you seen my generator?
http://weightwatchen.com/2004/12/daily-food-journal-table-generator-v2.html

Lucinda - For me, it's just TV in general! LOL
Thanks for the compliment. I spent a lot of time on the look of greenlitebites.

Does anyone else ever notice the correlation between certain TV shows and the need to hit the snacks afterwards? I'm a big Lost fan, but I often find that while watching it I'm so wrapped up in the big emotions of the show that I completely take my eye off the proverbial ball! It's no excuse, just a trend I noticed. Any takers?
P.S. Roni, as a fellow web designer, I love the style of your new food blog! Please never stop the inspiration, you help more people then you could ever know!

that's so funny you mention swedish fish! i dont consider them a weakness for some reason, but when they're in the house the bag will mysteriously disappear in a day. i really want to schedule a training session for just that purpose -- resistance balls rule!

You’re right. You didn’t do that bad. I get into sack attacks a lot myself, but it’s usually snacking on one thing for way too much.

I agree with the first commenter. I have done this many times. You think about food so much and how you're going to eat the right foods, that before you know it,
you have talked yourself into that ice cream you've been craving for, and the cycle begins. Food isn't our enemy...
Like any addiction we will forever battle with our mental issues of eating. I think if we focus more; like he said on other things that is going on in our "new life" and make eating "right" not so much of a priority and now working out is our new priority.

We wouldn't beat ourselves up so much, when we do snack out more than usual. Make sense?

Cause if you're working out, you actually might need that extra carbs...Its when we do nothing but eat, is when we really should be worried about when we have that extra something something we weren't supposed to have. lol

So instead of beating yourself up when you fall off the wagon, pat yourself on the back for the good things you're doing... Like working out! Yay Roni!!
Think only of the good things you are doing now in your journey of life...
