		<description>Roni, &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;I think weekends are hard for anybody..but remember you are making smart choices overall the rest of the week..you only live once...&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Keep on going with those weights..thats something I still need to work on..&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Also I peeked at the latest video post..your toddler is so precious..you really should have a cooking show with him...I&#039;d totally watch it!! :)  &lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Happy Monday!!</description>

I would like to say it doesn&#039;t happen to me but sadly I would be lying.  Weekends are tough all the way around. I have to really talk to myself sometimes about where I want to be going with my weight and is it worth it to blow it each weekend so I can work harder during the week.  That little talk actually worked this weekend.  Amazing, huh?</description>
