		<description>Roni:  I have to thank you for the spaghetti squash idea.  Over the weekend I made WW Chicken Parm over spaghetti squash.  It was fantastic.  I was a little overwhelmed by the squash before I did some research and read your blog.  I also believe that I do so much better if I have a plan and stick to it.  Congrats on Day 3.</description>

I work 10 hours shifts managing a restaurant, and usually I&#039;m too busy to sit and have a realy lunch, so it&#039;s 2 pt things all day....100 cal packs, WW yogurt, rice cakes, fruit, etc. It&#039;s the days I have off that I mess up and have to start all over. Good job! I had restarted and had a bad, bad day yesterday so I&#039;m starting over again today. Keep up the good work!</description>
