  1. Me too! My friends laugh at me because I “pack a lunch” everywhere I go. You’ve inspired me again, and I’ve started a maintenance blog in the Weight Watchen community. It’s called Maintenance Momentum. :)

  2. I do really good on the days that I work. I work 10 hours shifts managing a restaurant, and usually I’m too busy to sit and have a realy lunch, so it’s 2 pt things all day….100 cal packs, WW yogurt, rice cakes, fruit, etc. It’s the days I have off that I mess up and have to start all over. Good job! I had restarted and had a bad, bad day yesterday so I’m starting over again today. Keep up the good work!

  3. Whoo hoo! I love the low cal/low point options to keep you going all day long! I did that yesterday which allowed me to splurge a little at the Melting Pot!

  4. You are soo inspireing, I really want to thank you for sharin all your stories and the continued updates here. this page really helps me. I am still struggling with getting to my goal weight and the holidays did not help. I was doing great last year but I just can;t seem to get it together this year. Coming here really helps.

  5. All of your food sounds so delicious! It’s always easier to eat healthy when the healthy food is so yummy! Keep up the good work.

  6. Roni: I have to thank you for the spaghetti squash idea. Over the weekend I made WW Chicken Parm over spaghetti squash. It was fantastic. I was a little overwhelmed by the squash before I did some research and read your blog. I also believe that I do so much better if I have a plan and stick to it. Congrats on Day 3.
