Me too! My friends laugh at me because I “pack a lunch” everywhere I go. You’ve inspired me again, and I’ve started a maintenance blog in the Weight Watchen community. It’s called Maintenance Momentum. :)

I do really good on the days that I work. I work 10 hours shifts managing a restaurant, and usually I’m too busy to sit and have a realy lunch, so it’s 2 pt things all day….100 cal packs, WW yogurt, rice cakes, fruit, etc. It’s the days I have off that I mess up and have to start all over. Good job! I had restarted and had a bad, bad day yesterday so I’m starting over again today. Keep up the good work!

Whoo hoo! I love the low cal/low point options to keep you going all day long! I did that yesterday which allowed me to splurge a little at the Melting Pot!

Roni: I have to thank you for the spaghetti squash idea. Over the weekend I made WW Chicken Parm over spaghetti squash. It was fantastic. I was a little overwhelmed by the squash before I did some research and read your blog. I also believe that I do so much better if I have a plan and stick to it. Congrats on Day 3.
