		<description>Overloading on carbs will totally do that to me too.  And in the same way you described.  A little too much one day leads to a little more the next day and the next day til I feel out of control and just awful about myself.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;BTW, I told Kathy I already have a great WW pizza crust from allrecipes!</description>

It&#039;s so inspiring to see someone who has come so far but still falls of the wagon sometimes. I had a bad weekend too but I am back on track today!!! (And feeling much better about myself too.) 		<description>Roni,,Sorry about your blues,,perhaps getting back to the routine,,after the holiday time off,,its getting to you a bit,,I think you in Maryland have some of the BEST goodies in the USA.(you poor thing).I told you I got my Smidgen order,and I have only had one a night,,but a few days before Christmas I OD&#039;ed on Sugar cookies,,and felt HORRIBLE,,from the sugar rush,,it even affected my sleeping,,I did this for 3 days,,then got back in control.I think one of the hardest things is when you eat,,out or non &quot;on plan&quot; foods..its really hard to discipline yourself back to the plan,,I think for me its really better and easier just to remain on the program...Hang in there,,you have a lot of support!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Suzan</description>

I just had a handful of Jordan Almonds, and now I&#039;m feeling sorta blue my own self.  Time for some broccoli therapy!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;And yes, you read it correctly, I do NOT love cinnamon rolls.  My vice is chips &amp; salsa!&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;Get back on that clean eating wagon, and make room for me!</description>

Ive had a headache (partly b/c its that time of the month) but also because of finishing off all of the chocolate in the house and feeling like i HAD to have one soft cheesy tortilla with Sharp cheese and one Crunchy one in the toaster oven to finish.  ugh!  New day!</description>

		<description>I have a hard time with sugar myself.  Once I start it is hard for me to stop.  I don&#039;t remember being like that prior to losing wt. but then again I didn&#039;t pay attention I just ate.LOL.  I have never been a candy person but ever since my kids brought home halloween candy I have been getting into it daily.  I kept thinking that &quot;one piece won&#039;t hurt&quot; well last week I made a vow to myself NO more candy.  I know that all those kisses are adding up.  I write at the top of my journal in the morning, I will not eat candy today.  This has actually helped me.  I still have my treat at night but I am allowing for it.  Thanks as always for being so candid.  You are not alone in your struggles.&lt;br/&gt;Rebecca</description>
