Ok-
Unlike all of you dedicated ladies, i am have been trying to get my motivation to start the journey again. I stumbled across this blog about a month ago and have been checking it every week. I thank you for your candid honesty and your love roni's whit. I am inspired by your story. I too am very competitive, but would rather quit than fail. However, reading about others challenges has made me realize that it is ok to stumble and start again. THank you Roni!

I'm so jelous! How do I get my DH to sign up for dancing lessons!?! We didn't do it for our wedding and I've always regretted it. Maybe I'll ask for dance lessons for my birthday...

Taking down my Christmas decorations was depressing for me. No toddler to cheer things up...maybe in few years. It's so great how you turned it into a learning experience for him! My house so looks bare now, though. I'm going to have to go to Michael's and make some flower arrangements or something.

I HATE those freakin' fat days. I'd gladly trade two bad hair days for one fat day. They always seem to come directly after I'm feeling fabulous about myself. Our minds are crazy things sometimes.

Great attitude. Especially about making each Sunday "sensational" I think very important to not let the monotony of life get to you. I found that I was letting the days fly by without actually stopping to appreciate all that I have. I would go days and days and then on the weekend I would spend time with my husband and I would think - I feel like I haven't seen you all week. It's because I didn't take the time to stop everything else and give all my attention to him (or in your case your hubby & son). It's so easy to get wrapped up in the everyday-ness of life. Thanks for reminding me to make the most out of each day!!

I am no expert (havent even lost my own weight yet) but I was really thinking ...maybe you arent eating enough points now that you work out all the time. Maybe you should add more protein in your days now that you are weight training. It might help keep the munchie cravings away. Just a thought. BTW, your bad days are really not bad at all. You eat so well. So dont beat yourself up over it.

Roni,
I found your site about a week ago and I'm completely hooked! I've always had an interest in my health, my weight, and food, and it's nice to find so many blogs nowadays that focus on this too. My blog is in its very beginnings, but I'm hoping to post regularly and I'm hoping to lose some of the weight that has piled on in the past few years. Thank you for being an inspiration and a great source of ideas!
