I’m going to cut this short but I really wanted to tell you about my fabulous day and post my food journal to stay accountable.

Today started off awesome with a trip to the gym.  I got in treadmill time, a lower body circuit and toddler basketball!

Then some friends came over and we had a Dance Dance Revolution(DDR) competition.  I will have you know I kept up with the preteens and actually beat them! I guess I’m not ready to grow up just quite yet. ;~P

As if all that wasn’t enough, the weather was so mild the husband and I took the toddler out for a nice stroll before dinner.

Needless to say I got nothing done around the house but it was so worth it.  The whole family had a great day!

ooh, I love DDR! (And I am pretty curious about the Chocolate “smidgen”) Glad you had a nice day!

OK just for the record and us older folk who don’t DDR. DDR stands for “Dance Dance Revolution” which is a pad you dance on while playing the video game… Just for the record.

    Good Morning Roni!

I’m glad you had such a great day!

Just wanted to let you know that I’ve been making alot of your recipes lately…all I can say is YUM!!! I loved the pomegranite and watermelon salad….what a great combination! Loved the lentil soup….have some in containers all ready to take for lunches and then I have some pumpkin muffins too! My son ate his with a side of whipping cream! lol! And mine looked just like yours. I was pretty excited when I was filling the muffin tin….there so nice and big! Had one for breakfast with 2 clementines and a coffee.
Thank you Roni for all your insight and sharing and work. You have been more help to me than I can say!

Hi! I just watched your quesadilla video. It was really good. I was wondering if the pan of water was hot or cold?
I just recently found your website and it is great. I am also doing weight watchers.

  9. Roni says:

Toni – I just use cold tap water. I use the pot for weight, that’s all.

    Hope that helps!
